When you upload a document, we store it in parts in a secure, encrypted database. When you enter a query into Grizzly, we send the relevant parts of your documents to OpenAI to produce a response.
OpenAI does not update their service based on your documents, and they delete them after 30 days.
Grizzly supports .pdf, .doc, .ppt, and other text-based file formats. If you would like to include csv files, contact us!
